The ADR Society at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi — one of India’s oldest and most respected law faculties — is hosting its inaugural ADR Research Paper Writing Competition on the theme: “Contemporary Challenges in International Commercial Arbitration in India.” Open to students in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes from any BCI-recognised institution (joint authorship of up to two co-authors allowed), this competition is a platform to engage seriously with the evolving landscape of cross-border dispute resolution. There is no registration fee, and submissions are welcomed until April 15. A strong addition to any law student’s portfolio, especially those targeting corporate or international practice.
