The 3rd edition of the Vidhi Vimarsh National Moot Court Competition returns to Sangam University, Bhilwara, this April — and this year’s moot problem puts participants in the heart of India’s newly enacted criminal law framework. The case, The State v. Dr. Aryan Malhotra, explores criminal liability arising from a medical procedure, demanding nuanced arguments at the intersection of the Indian Penal Code, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and medical jurisprudence. With a full knockout format (Prelims → QF → SF → Final), this is an excellent competitive experience for criminal law enthusiasts. The registration deadline of April 12 is fast approaching!
