About the Role
DMI Housing Finance is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CS or Law Trainee to join its Compliance Team. This role offers hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal processes within a fast-growing financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal and compliance documentation
Track regulatory updates and assist in implementing necessary changes
Maintain statutory registers and filings as per regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing compliance reports and internal documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related matters
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
Eligibility Criteria
CS Trainee (pursuing Company Secretary course) or Law student/graduate
Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks (preferred)
Good drafting and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
