Senior Associate / Assistant Vice President (AVP) in elara capital investment banking – Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Mumbai.

Experience Required

I have 7–10 years of elara capital investment banking experience.

Moreover, this includes significant exposure to clients, markets, and deal execution.

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Corporate Advisory and Strategic Transactions
• End-to-end Transaction Execution
• Financial modeling and Valuation
• Client Management
• Deal Structuring and Execution
• Business Development and Origination

Preferred Sector Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

• Consumer
• Industrials
• Pharmaceuticals
• Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in elara capital investment banking.

• Executing live M&A and Corporate Advisory mandates
• Managing and driving transactions from execution through completion
• Preparing financial models, valuation analyses, presentations, and transaction materials
• Coordinating with clients, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders
• Taking ownership of mandates and independently managing key workstreams
• Supporting senior bankers in business development and new transaction opportunities

Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong Investment Banking and M&A transaction experience
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and advisory transactions
• Ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams independently
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex mandates

Mandatory Qualification

• MBA in Finance, or
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
