Key Requirements:
- Experience in labour law due diligences
- Strong exposure to drafting legal opinions and advisory memos on a range of labour and employment issues
- Experience handling non-contentious / advisory matters under labour and employment laws
- Solid understanding of applicable labour law frameworks and regulatory landscape
