Vaish Law – Associate – Corporate Restructuring & Private Client Practice

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate with 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join our Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice in New Delhi.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate restructuring assignments, including schemes of arrangement and amalgamation before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), stamp duty advisory, succession planning and general corporate advisory matters. The role requires excellent drafting skills, strong legal acumen, and the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
